After three attempts, I finally made it to the Ecological Reserve in Buenos Aires. This is a great place to visit if you like to walk, jog or bike. I was there for a couple hours and don’t think I saw even half of the Reserve.
Located on the other side of Puerto Madero, behind the ports and restaurants, this reserve is home to flamingos, ducks, parrots and other animals. I saw neither, but I’m guessing they are in the parts I have yet to see. The trails are beautiful and relaxing to stroll through in the afternoon, and I particularly like the glimpses of Puerto Madero and its high-rises that you see along the way.
Next time I go back, I hope to snap some pictures of flamingos to share with you.
